Mallorie Leduc, PhD Candidate in the School of Rural and Northern Health will be providing recommendations based on current research on designing and implementing occupational health education interventions specifically for rural and northern industries. The Vibration Toolkit, an occupational health education intervention focused on vibration exposure in the mining industry will be shared as an example that has been developed, implemented, and evaluated by CROSH.

Mallorie is working on the design, development, and evaluation of an occupational health education intervention program, the vibration toolkit. The vibration toolkit provides workplaces with evidence-based resources focused on vibration that are customized to improve awareness, knowledge and management of occupational vibration exposure.
