Webinar Description: Originally, this webinar was planned to offer some knowledge on trauma and stress related disorders, with some extra focus on PTSD in relation to occupational settings. However, all of our lives have changed a lot and we had to adjust fast in a way that we had never imagined. Our world today inspires and challenges all of us with the current pandemic situation as we are trying to figure out how to adapt to those ongoing changes. Are we stressed? Are we challenged and/or inspired? What are the risks and protective factors in these types of situations? Can we talk about some vulnerability in regards to stress experience related to different occupations? Can post-traumatic stress disorder be part of the picture? If yes, how? If not, why? How can we deal with the consequences of stress experience most effectively? These are some examples of questions we attempt to answer in our upcoming webinar.
