CROSH Director Dr. Sandra Dorman will be presenting at this event on the topic of “Masks: Breaking the Chain of Infection in the Workplace.” Her presentation will review the theory behind the ‘Chain of Infection’ as a model for preventing the spread of disease. It will highlight the role that masks play in preventing the spread of disease, including a discussion on the proper use of masks, their limitations, and a comparison of mask types, with a focus on the differences between surgical masks and respirators. This discussion will be in the context of the industrial workforce.

Dr.  Dorman presents at 10am.
