Description: In this webinar, Stephanie Munten discusses the effects of multi-stressor environments on human performance. The effects of our surrounding environment (ex. ambient temperature, oxygen availability) have been studied extensively, but almost entirely independently. However, environmental stressors are not always present in isolation; i.e. a change in altitude is commonly associated with a change in ambient temperature. With increased ability to travel, understanding how multi-stressor environments affect human work performance is important. This webinar will highlight what we currently know about multi-stressor environments.

Stephanie is a Research Assistant in the Laboratory of Environmental Exercise Physiology (LEEP) at LU. She received her MSc in Kinesiology from Nipissing University.
