Description: This session explores human fatigue in the workplace, workplace factors that can affect fatigue levels and discusses a novel approach to managing the risk of activities when workers are fatigued. It is well known that every workplace has hazards that can cause harm. Fatigue can increase the potential for this harm and/or adverse outcomes. This session will provide a starting point when considering the effects of fatigue in relation to your workplace processes and outline risk management steps for effective prevention.
