VO2 Max Test

One of the most accurate ways to measure your cardiorespiratory fitness is a VO2 Max test. This is a measure of the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during intense exercise*. This test is conducted on a stationary bike or treadmill in CROSH’s state-of-the-art Workplace Simulator Lab at Laurentian University.**

VO2 SubMax Test

  • $95

  • Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm

Less physically intense than a VO2 Max test, the VO2 SubMax test gives an estimate of your aerobic endurance.* This test is conducted on a stationary bike or treadmill in CROSH’s state-of-the-art Workplace Simulator Lab at Laurentian University.**

Resting Metabolic Rate Measurement

General Fitness Assessment

Complete Fitness Assessment Package

Gain insight into your body composition with our fast, non-invasive analysis. Whether you are an occupational athlete, committed gym-goer, or just want to get in better shape, the whole body and segmental information you learn from your body composition analysis can help you achieve your physical fitness and health goals.

For group measurements, we can bring our Body Composition Analyzer to your workplace. Alternatively, appointments are available between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday on the Laurentian University Campus.
