This paper examines the multifaceted factors influencing the migration decisions of Mexican physiotherapists considering relocation to Ontario, Canada. With a focus on addressing critical workforce shortages amidst Ontario’s growing population, this study draws upon existing literature and empirical data to identify pivotal elements shaping migration choices.
