This presentation is a project overview of the challenges wildland firefighters and health and safety specialists with Aviation Forest Fire Emergency Services (AFFES) face in monitoring and preventing heat illness in Northern Ontario. The presentation reviews the challenges with the current monitoring system and strategies used in this project to understand the constraints of system. Presented by Kira Gouchie.
